Santa Rosa Beach Aerial Arts

Santa Rosa Beaches first aerial dance and fitness studio. On apparatuses that are hung from the ceiling, students will learn how to climb, wrap, twist, spin and do tricks. We will offer aerial silks, aerial lyra/hoop, aerial sling/hammock, flexibility and conditioning classes for all age groups. Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Classes are in a small open group setting but we also offer private group and one on one sessions. We offer drop in classes, progressive class series and monthly memberships. We will also offer fitness "ground" classes using aerial style conditioning as a workout.
