We offer a variety of flavor options ranging from decadent Italian Cream and bold Key Lime to classics like rich Red Velvet or a simply perfect Vanilla. We offer personal consultations, tastings, delivery and setup. Absolutely Cake would love to help to make your special event a little sweeter!

Our talented designing team can custom tailor your ideas to create the perfect specialty cake you have always dreamed of. ​A cake's short life is what makes it so precious. We use high quality , all natural ingredients, such as Madagasgar bourbon vanilla, rich Swiss chocolate, creamy butter and 40% heavy cream. By creating everything from scratch and truly putting in the time and effort, it really comes thru in our products. Baking and producing cakes is not about short cuts, but taking the time to do something memorable.
